How to Shop & Place an Order:
The Eat Me Tackle Shop offers you the option of shopping for products by category or by brand name.

  1. While in the Tackle Shop, use the navigation buttons on the left side of the screen to select the product category or brand name you wish to see.
  2. Next, select a product or sub-category from the list that appears.
  3. Once you have found a product you want to purchase, select an option (if applicable), indicate the quantity you wish to purchase and click the “Add one Basket” button.
  4. You can check your selections and current subtotal by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button.
  5. You can continue to shop by clicking on the “Back” button or proceed to check-out by clicking on the “Check-out” button.
  6. During check-out, follow the instructions.
  7. After completing your order you will get a receipt page that should be printed or saved for your reference. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail detailing your order.
Search for a product:
While in the Tackle Shop, you can search for a particular item by clicking on the "Search" button located at the top of the screen and entering any part of the item name in the search field. The products are organized into logical departments. Some products can be found in multiple departments. If you still need help, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at info@eatmetackle.com.

Canceling an Order:
Open orders that have not been shipped are cancelable. Cancellations can be made by sending an e-mail to info@eatmetackle.com. Please be sure to include your Order ID # in the e-mail. Cancellations can be made by contacting our Customer Service department, at (850) 269-1704 Mon.-Fri. from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST or via e-mail info@eatmetackle.com. Please have order number available. Only open orders that have not been shipped are cancelable.

Change Your Password or E-mail Address:
If you need to make any changes to your account such as your e-mail address or password, you can do so by clicking on your name located on the left hand side of the screen. Make the necessary changes and save them by clicking on the “Save" button at the bottom of the page.

Safety & Security:
Eat Me Tackle guarantees a safe shopping environment. We use a secure connection to pass your personal information, including credit card numbers. This information is encrypted so no one else can gain access.

Additionally, the Fair Credit Billing Act states that your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank holds you liable for any amount up to $50, Eat Me Tackle will reimburse you up to the full $50. Eat Me Tackle agrees to cover this liability only if the fraudulent charges resulted from purchases made at eatmetackle.com, and through no fault of your own.

Orders may also be placed via phone from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Please call Eat Me Tackle Customer Service at (850) 269-1704.

Pricing Policy:
We do not confirm the price of an item until your order is placed. We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, or partial order to you. Occasionally, items in our store are incorrectly priced. We do, however, verify pricing before shipment. If we mistakenly have priced an item too high, you will be charged the lower price. If we have mistakenly priced an item too low, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price before shipping. You may, of course, cancel your order if you so desire.

Order Acceptance Policy:
Eat Me Tackle, Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. The issuance of a confirmation by e-mail or telephone, or other form of order acknowledgment does not signify Eat Me Tackle's acceptance of your order, nor does it confirm Eat Me Tackle's offer to sell. In some cases we may require additional information before accepting an order. Eat Me Tackle, Inc. is a reseller to the end user (consumer) only, and does not accept orders from any customers who intend to resell the products offered for sale at eatmetackle.com.

Payment Options:
On-line & Telephone Orders: Eat Me Tackle accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover as forms of payment for online orders or telephone orders. Eat Me Tackle guarantees a safe shopping environment. We use a secure connection to pass along your personal information, including credit card numbers. This information is encrypted so no one else may gain access. You can place a phone order through one of our sales representatives Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST by calling (850) 269-1704.

Sales Tax:
Since Eat Me Tackle is based in the state of Florida, a sales tax of 6.00% must be charged to all orders. Due to the fact that shipping charges are considered part of an order, we must tax the total of your order including the shipping charges.

Mail/Fax Orders:
To place an order by mail or fax, please follow the procedure below: 1) Select items for purchase by adding them to your shopping basket. 2) Click on the “Check-out” button when you are ready to complete the order. 3) On the checkout page, please enter the required information. 4) Print this page as your order, and mail, along with cashier’s check or money order to: Eat Me Tackle Tackle, Inc 217 Main street, Destin, FL 32541 Or fax, along with credit card number, expiration date, billing address and cardholder name to: (850) 837-2042 (fax) Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing of Mail/Fax Orders!

COD Orders:
Orders placed with Eat Me Tackle must be pre-paid. We do not ship any orders C.O.D.

Multiple Shipments:
Eat Me Tackle has several distribution centers from which we ship. Items in a particular order often ship from multiple locations. In this case you may receive your items at different times and/or in different boxes. You will only be charged one shipping charge in this instance.

International Orders:
    Tariff & VAT Payments:
    Eat Me Tackle Inc. does not collect tariff and VAT payments from international customers. The recipient must pay tariff and VAT payments to the Customs Office in the customer's country of residence. (Direct questions pertaining to tariff rates and import regulations to the Customs officials in the country to which the order will be shipped.)

    How much will it cost to ship my international order? International orders require an additional shipping and handling fee. Once your international order is placed with eatmetackle.com you will receive a shipping quote via e-mail within 48 hours. You must reply to the international shipping quote via e-mail to accept or decline the additional freight charges. Your international order will not be processed until the additional freight charges are accepted. Once the additional shipping charges are accepted via e-mail your order will be processed. If the additional freight charges are declined or we receive no e-mail response within 72 hours regarding the additional freight fee, your order will be automatically canceled.

Shipping Rates and Policies:
All packages will be shipped by standard Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail at the discretion of Eat Me Tackle, Inc. Standard delivery will be 4-10 business days from the time of shipment, depending on the destination (within the continental U.S.A.). For the standard domestic US shipping and handling fee added to all orders see the table below. Some oversized products carry an additional shipping surcharge. This surcharge will be added to the total of your order and will appear on the invoice included with the shipment.

    Overnight Delivery:
    We offer overnight delivery on selected products for an extra charge based on actual shipping cost. Please note: Overnight shipping does not guarantee next day delivery. Please contact Customer Service at (850) 269-1704 or info@eatmetackle.com for more information. We will make every effort to deliver your orders in as timely a manner as possible.
Back Orders:
Although we try to make sure all products for sale in our store are readily available, out-of-stocks can occur. If a particular item is backordered, we will keep that item on backorder for up to 2 weeks and ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. Items that are backordered for more than 2 weeks will be cancelled and you will be notified.

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of your purchased item, you may return the item (electronics excluded) to Eat Me Tackle within 30 days from ship date for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in resalable condition (Eat Me Tackle's discretion) in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached.

Gifts, excluding electronics, can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Cash refunds or credit card credits cannot be given for items shipped as gifts to an address other than the cardholders. If you received an item from Eat Me Tackle as a gift, we will gladly issue you a "gift certificate" as credit. You must include the e-mail address and name of the person who gave you the gift. We will not contact them.

  • Return Authorization
    Contact us at info@eatmetackle.com or call 1 (850) 269-1704 to receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions. Please have your order number available. Please note the following: To obtain the RA number, please provide us with the order number and reason for the return.

    Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused items in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner’s manuals, etc. within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restock fee. Returns without original packaging will be charged a $20 handling fee.

  • Returns must include a copy of an Eat Me Tackle invoice or packing slip. Eat Me Tackle will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization (RA) number. This number must be posted in a conspicuous place on the outside of the package.
  • Shipping and handling is non-refundable except in the case of defective merchandise. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items. Returns must be shipped to Eat Me Tackle via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes.
  • Eat Me Tackle assumes no liability for loss or damage of returned packages; therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.

Product Warranties:
Eat Me Tackle is a reseller of fishing tackle and fishing related products and does not warrant or guarantee any of the products sold in our online stores. Most manufacturers whose products we sell offer warranties. Please check with our Customer Service department at info@eatmetackle.com for more information on manufacturer warranties. After 30 days from ship date, any damaged or defective product that is under warranty must be returned to the manufacturer.
